Shipping policy

Where we ship. The Shift Shop currently ships within the United States, including APO/FPO addresses. We also ship to Puerto Rico, Canada, Mexico, Colombia, El Salvador and Spain.

 

Processing time. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

 

Shipping methods and rates. Standard shipping is a $10.00 flat rate, typically 3-5 business days. The carrier is at our discretion and is usually UPS or USPS, whichever gets your order to you soonest.

 

Tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

 

Lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received the package, please first check with neighbors and the carrier. We can help you file a claim with the carrier if needed but are not responsible for packages marked delivered.

 

Wrong address. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to the address you provided. Address changes after shipping must be coordinated directly with the carrier.
