Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how it works.

30-day returns. You may return unopened products in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, less the original shipping cost. Opened decks are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons unless defective.

Defective or damaged items. If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, email hello@theshift.shop within 14 days of delivery with photos and we'll send a replacement at no cost.

How to start a return. Email hello@theshift.shop with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective.

Refund timing. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item. 

Non-returnable. Digital products, gift cards, and opened physical decks (except defects) are non-returnable.
